Consulting

Peter Brinckerhoff has been providing management consultation to not-for-profits and non-governmental organizations since 1982. Peter believes that not-for-profits are mission-based businesses and, as such, seeks to work with organizations who are attempting to become more businesslike while retaining their focus on their mission. Peter's ultimate goal in working with you is to make your organization more mission-capable.

Fees:

Peter works with not-for-profits of all sizes and types. His consulting philosophy is to guide, providing technical expertise and objective outside viewpoints. He doesn't want your organization to become addicted to consultants. Consulting fees are based on the scope of work agreed on with the client, and Peter can work on an hourly or fixed fee basis. Fees are based on an hourly rate of US$350 plus out-of-pocket travel costs. Travel time is billed at half rate.
